   That’s it for spells adjustment (except for future funnelling

   Now for the sins adjustment:   
      
   (F4Mb) fully on 11:40 p.m. This is analogous to (F2).   
   It should deter many sins covered by law that are not   
   in (F4Md) or (F4P), e.g.. drunk driving.
