   (World Whale Day/eve of a significant birthday)   
      
   FULL RESET, with one change required:   
      
   1. [B] -- first further blocking will be stopped, then blocks 3,4,5   
   lifted at once, then 1,2 at once, then 7, then 6.   
      
   With that in mind I began a new attempt at 5:27 p.m., just after sunset.   
      
   It is still the evening of World Whale Day, appropriate due to   
   all the cetacean popthroughs and cetacean a.s.r. Also   
   the significant birthday birth time was in the morning of   
   February 17 and falls in between the sunset which just   
   passed and the nightfall of tomorrow evening.   
      
   I won’t post updates unless someone asks me to do so,   
   but you can assume that I am proceeding as in the   
   “International Day of Human Fraternity” thread   
   and refer to commentary on there as well as to   
   the glossary and Recent Changes sections on   
   my mystic page (which are not quite up to date).   
      
   If this attempt fails then I will have to take a break   
   for a while, possibly even until February 27 or 28.   
      
   And note that I have asked Goddess if I may   
   give up except for [B] but have divined that the   
   answer is no.
