   I had been feeling extra tired and with a dull ache in   
   my belly the last few days, after the cold I had for   
   a couple of days beginning last Thursday evening.   
   Perhaps I suffered as a consequence of having   
   five pints of Smithwick’s on St. Patrick’s Day, combined   
   with the four medications I am on. But anyway,   
   shortly after midnight tonight (early March 28) I suddenly   
   started to feel better, and was inspired to invoke Goddess   
   in her Raven aspect to, with collaborators, begin a new   
   attempt beginning at 12:55 a.m. This should be   
   centred on the exact time of dark moon, though of   
   course the physical evolution will last well beyond then.   
   If this fails I will try again at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning,   
   and if that fails I will try at sunset on March 30, and   
   if that fails I will try on April Fool’s Day. And of course   
   Raven is a Trickster, but this time I hope it means my   
   attempt will work earlier than what I said earlier in   
   this thread and on the Fumblers Facebook group.   
      
   What did I do to start the attempt? I think I thought of   
   the Raven aspect thing just after it had started. Before it   
   started I touched a quote from Ecclesiastes on a   
   circular calendar poster I have above my bed. ("To   
   everything there is a season and a time to every   
   purpose under the heaven.”) That didn’t quite do it, so I   
   also kissed an apple from our family tree and said   
   “Baggins’ apples do belong.”” At that time it was   
   12:54 a.m. and I had to wait until 12:55 a.m. before   
   I received a strong (P) closure click and buzz. Then   
   I ate the apple.
