   (new/dark moon/Christmas Down Under/wedding anniversary of   
   Jim and Lillian Fidler/about the 29th anniversary of the start   
   of my last hospitalization and first [attempted?] binding of criminals)   
      
   FULL RESET, with two changes required:   
      
   1. change in who will evolve --- (AA) (homo sapiens, 283 aliens,   
   cetaceans, and non-human simians), non-simian primates,   
   dogs, cats, corvids, psittacines, giant squid, colossal squid   
   will evolve, and   
      
   2. incorporated hcp and popthrough hcp sub consequences ---   
   read access, guilty conscience, charisma modulation, and   
   healing effects for 14-years and 18-years ones --- mental   
   health healing after R-HDBE is complete and physical healing   
   after s.m.p.e. begins,   
      
   Note again that popthrough charisma modulation in general   
   is just in person (and memory of in person) primary positive   
   charisma modulation, but the twelve 18-years ones also   
   include in person (and memory of in person) primary negative   
   charisma modulation, and the most recent (117 years ago)   
   popthrough also includes audio and video with audio (and   
   memory of either) primary positive charisma modulation.   
   Charisma modulation of static pictures won’t be on until   
   my post-popthroughs updates in [HCP] are applied.   
      
   There will be no Magic Circle or retroactive dedications.   
      
   Currently Goddess is checking to see if all potential collaborators   
   are willing and ready to participate in our own parts.   
      
   New/dark moon will be at 8:01 a.m. and I expect to begin a   
   new attempt at 8:02 a.m., though perhaps I should be   
   waiting until just after sunset or even until I first observe   
   the waxing crescent, which might not be until Friday night.
