|    A Separate Reality    |
|    14 Oct 25 07:12:02    |
From: street@shellcrash.com              Each of us lives in a separate reality.              Not because truth itself is divided, but because the awareness that we are —        the core of consciousness — is filtered through individual minds, bodies,        and life stories. We see the world not as it is, but as we are. Perception        is shaped by belief, memory, trauma, culture. Ten people in the same room        live ten versions of the same moment.              But beneath this variety of experience lies an Original Reality — undivided,        unconditioned, untouched by thought. This is what mystics call God — not a        man in the sky, not a judge, but the infinite presence that gives rise to        all things. Consciousness before identity. Life before the story.              We didn’t separate from God. We separated within God. The division is not        real — it’s perceptual.              To meditate on ourselves as God is not delusion. It’s not about ego or        self-worship. It is the process of undoing the layers of false identity        we’ve picked up — the belief that we are only the body, only the        personality, only the past. In meditation, we return to the root of        awareness. We don’t become God — we remember we were never anything else.              This is the most advanced form of medicine.              Not in the sense of treating symptoms, but in healing the root illusion —        separation. In silence, we see clearly: the same awareness behind my eyes        is the one behind yours. The same light animating all forms. When that is        known, even briefly, the nervous system relaxes. Fear softens. Division        dissolves.              Meditation is not an escape from life. It is a return to the foundation of        life — the one Reality appearing as many.              To meditate on the Self as God is not arrogance. It is clarity.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
