   Hi,   
      
   I'd like to explore the possibility of writing a tiny program for myself to   
   record all activities as soon as I turn on my windows 7.  Thus, it seems that   
   if we know which command utility or the like it might give me a good start.   
      
   And since I can't find a NG for windows 7 and windows os evolves from msdos I   
   hope posting this question to this NG is acceptable.
