   Aren't we supposed to use CMD ever since WinNT? I use CMD for anything   
   that runs in Windows, rather than in real DOS (where I use BAT.)   
   According to the following, there ARE differences between using CMD/BAT   
   for file-extension even tho you run both with cmd.exe:
