   Basically, I need to uppercase al filenames, and strip the extension. I've got   
   this:   
      
   for %%a in (*.h-h) do echo ./ ADD LIST=ALL,NAME=%%a 1>> all.txt && copy /b   
   all.txt+%%a all.txt   
      
   (Wrapping line above)   
      
   And I can manually massage it into what I need, but if anyone can come up with   
   something automagic, I'll be very grateful. I've looked at the usual ~x   
   modifiers, but nothing among them seems to be of any use.   
      
   Any suggestions?
