From: rose.joseph12@yahoo.com              Hi! I have some batch files that may be useful to others. They follow:              * 7-Zip to desktop.bat: Uses 7Zip to compress a file or folder to a floppy       but can be changed to any folder or drive       * Backup with 7Zip.BAT: Uses 7Zip to back up source code without rebuildable       files       * Backup img with 7Zip.BAT: Same as above, but only a single file. Meant       for emulator disk images       * Backup Date in DATE2.bat: Returns date for above       * compress .mou to a.bat: Uses WinMount to compress a folder to a floppy but       can be changed to a flash drive or other drive       * compress .zip to Dev_Flash.bat: Uses 7Zip to compress a folder, renames it       to a name of user's choice then opens the file for editing       * gzip 7zip.bat: Compresses a file to .gz format       * upx quick.bat: Compresses an executable using UPX and default settings.       * winmountfloppy.bat: Used for floppies, where there may not be enough room       for WinMount's temporary file during update. Copies the file to a temp.       folder, opens it from there, then closes it and updates the original.              If you want these, just tell me where I can upload them. Thank you for       listening. :)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
