I have a .bat-based       infracturcture at work for backing up SVN repositories and       perform general error reporting when anything fails. I use       Blat to send e-mail from .bat-files. The new Powershell       stuff is simply not as beautiful.              I know people who maintain their BBSes on MS-DOS. /Dune/       scenarist writes scripts in MS-DOS program /Movie Master/.       MS-DOS and FreeDos are fun for retroprogramming.              How do I play ZX Spectrum games? I run them from the DOS       version of the RealSpec emulator inside DOSBox -- to take       advantage of the pixel-perfect scaling mode (which I       implemented).              --       () ascii ribbon campaign -- against html e-mail       /\ www.asciiribbon.org -- against proprietary attachments              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
