   the story crawling to its conclusion sluggishly.[5] Ananya Bhattacharya of   
   India Today wrote that movie can be watched once only for Randeep Hooda.[6]

   Express gave it 1 star out of 5 describing movie as a string of drippy   
   sequences.[7] Hindi daily Hindustan's critic Vishal Thakur gave the film 3   
   stars out of 5. He called the high-note background music "disturbing" and   
   Tijori's direction "weak". However,   
    he lauded Hooda's performance.[8]   
      
      
   Based on the 2011 Korean movie Always, this kahani follows Sooraj (Randeep), a   
   former mixed martial arts fighter who sells his life to be able to afford   
   importing cornea from the US for his beloved Jenny (Kajal Aggarwal).

   What is really worth watching are the sequences where Randeep prepares to get   
   back into the ring. For a movie that hinges on a love story, Do Lafzon ki   
   Kahani is weak on the chemistry though. But there are a few scenes between   
   Randeep and Kajal that melt    
   your heart. We blame the melodramatic dialogues for the scarcity of such
