   EagleGet downloader extension is enabled, if not Enable it and Allow access to   
   file url's is checked.   
      
      
   After you download the crx file for EagleGet Downloader 2.2.80, open Chrome's   
   extensions page (chrome://extensions/ or find by Chrome menu icon > More tools   
   > Extensions), and then drag-and-drop the *.crx file to the extensions page to
