Shutting doewn and restart NT4 server in
   01 Apr 13 23:42:04

   Hello,

For certain procecesses, I've to restart the NT4 server at certain times.
Therefore I use the following batch that is activated by the "at" function
      in the appropriate times.

The following batch is working properly. It doesn't matter if it is
activatesd directly or by the "at" command. By the way I'm working with
      the administrator user.

However when I lock the workstation that is connected to the server, the
shutting down process does not take effect. I know that the batch has been
activated, because the echo statements that are written in it are written in
   the output file I've specified.

The shutting down is working only when the workstation is unlocked. Maybe
there is a "conflict" between tje batch and tje locking process.

What can I do next. i've not got an answer that helps me to overcome the
   problem yet.

I've thought to unlock the workstation programatically near to the shutting
down planned time, but I've not found an appropriate function in NT4.

Can you give me any suggestions?
   Thank you in advance
   Amos

Here is trhe batch file:(It is working when the workstation is unlocked)
   For NT only:

   @ECHO OFF & cd/d %temp% & echo [version] > {out}.inf
   (set inf=InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall)
   echo signature=$chicago$ >> {out}.inf
   echo [defaultinstall] >> {out}.inf
   rundll32 setupapi,%inf% 1 %temp%\{out}.inf
