I don't       see a need for posting a FAQ at an exact specific time, so no need for       computer to run 24/7. ISTM, anytime during the day or the following day       is fine. i.e. If the computer is not running, it can post on the next       boot. So what if its a day later, its just a re-posted notification       anyway.
