   How can I copy (in append mode) directories so that not only files but also   
   subdirs will keep their timestamp?   
      
   Using ROBOCOPY   /E /COPY:DAT will copy/create even   
   empty directories and files will keep their timestamp, but the newly created   
   subdirs will have the actual date/time stamp and not the original one, and   
   ROBOCOPY option /MIR cannot be used because it does not append new data but   
   delete old ones.   
      
   For XCOPY I didn't find a way to keep timestamps.
