   It would be more helpful if you tell us how you are running the batch   
   file. ie. dbl-click, dropping a file on it, command typed at the command   
   prompt, etc.   
      
   It would also be helpful if you post the batch code so someone can see   
   if there is a problem in the batch or if it is the way that you are   
   running it.
