Customer asks if we can change the background color from white to something a   
   little darker in PBS Windows (Vision 12.02).  They use the character based   
   programs.  She has a sight problem where her eyes rapidly become tired whilst   
   looking a the bright,    
   white screens.   
      
   After 27 years, this is a first time request for me!!
