   I've been looking for a market for this.  Template Creator for DOS is a   
   utility to handle and organize template files under DOS.  It is    
   eneral-purpose, which means that it is not specific to any application and can   
   handle most documents.  The template    
   is not stored in a special format--any organization data is stored elsewhere.    
   This means that you can edit the template, provided you don't change the name   
   of the name of the template.  Template Packager for DOS is a WIP and will   
   allow for the packaging    
   and distribution of templates for TmpCreat.  TmpCreatDOS is mostly usable with   
   one bug: it doesn't seem to delete files removed from its template database
