   I thought I *did* include the manual.  :(  I guess not.  Let me try to explain   
   this program again: it is a program to *handle* templates.  It comes in four   
   parts: the picker (called TmpCreatWin.exe) which creates a new file from the   
   template you select;    
   AddTemplate.exe which is added to the SendTo menu and adds a template to the   
   database; the install.exe program that installs the program, and extvista_.exe   
   which, if you have WinVista+, allows you to associate a file extension to   
   TmpCreatWin.  Also, the    
   templates are sorted by category.  Now let me see if I *have* the manual in   
   the file....    
      
   BTW, this program *isn't* specifically for batch files.  However, it *can* be   
   used for batch files.  That's why I published it here.
