   What is special about this?   
      
   This line works fine   
      
   echo.%1%   
      
   And this:   
      
   echo.CD is %CD%   
      
   But this line crashes the ,exe file which was generated from a the bat   
   file.   Does that have something to do with it?   
      
   Echo.~pI   is %~pI   
      
   and this crashes it too:   
      
   Echo.pI   is %~pI   
      
   I haven't gotten far enough to try these yet:   
      
   Echo.dI   is %~dI   
   Echo.p0   is %~p0   
   Echo.d0   is %~d0   
   Echo.dp0  is %~dp0   
   Echo.nn   is %~nn   
      
   I'm using bat to exe converter.exe from http://www.f2ko.de/en/index.php
