   Has anyone ever attended the "Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival" in San   
   Francisco? The lineup this year reads like a "whos-who" of bluegrass. It is   
   a "free" concert, which quite frankly has me somewhat concerned thinking   
   that it might be overwhelming with people.
