   Don't know if this helps, but my friend's kid owns a Michael Kelly,   
   Dragonfly.  He had some trouble with his year-old mando over the Christmas   
   holiday, so I called Michael Kelly for him.  Their service dept took great   
   care of us.  Within two weeks, of the first call, the kid had a brand new   
   mando in his hands.   
      
   He's been pretty darned happy w/both of his MK's, but his beginner-mando was   
   one of those $35 jobs off of eBay....so he's not got a lot to compare it to.
