From: bogul@nospambog.net              I've seen this coming for some time. Thile is simply in too much demand       and has been exploring in entirely differring areas fo music. With       forming his own band recently in addition to solo touring and       colaborating with Mike Marshall it's no wonder. Shawn has been exploring       other area as well based upon his most recent release.              The upside, there are tons of young band coming up to fill the void. I       too have a son who loves NC and bluegrass in general. He's latched onto a       band we saw at the Fox Family festival called the "infamous       stringdusters". They should be releasing a CD soon.              Don't fret! You'll find some "new blood" soon enough. Maybe NC will       return with a fresh perspective and pump out a killer set. If not, we'll       enjoy what they made and move on.              B              "Nic C." |
