   Clinton and the Demoncrats wanted to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants   
   because they would vote Democrat.  Check your history about Carter catering   
   to the Mexicans and Clinton also.  Bush, being from Texas, catered to the   
   Mexicans and still does somewhat. However, it's mostly the Demoncrats that   
   wanted the Mexicans' vote, etc.
