From: net@rxxlinknet.org              Most Walmarts will have at least a tiny section labeled       'Bluegrass.' Do you attend Bluegrass fests? Regular       BG venues? Heck, there's always the net, where you can       shop from home. Other than that, last year I attended the       Tennessee Homecoming in Knoxville, TN, and there must       have been at least 40-50 BG bands from all over the       country performing live and all selling CDs. Also many       little informal groups playing that had cut at least one CD.              I travel around the country to different BG venues, and       what I am seeing is very friendly BG fans but mainly a very       mature white crowd. There were some young black       college students from UTenn at the Tennessee Homecoming       last year.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
