(Stands for fiddle list)       That was or is the best place for fiddlers to exchange information.              I am a fiddler, but I like it here. As far as usenet news groups you can       fragment stuff as much as you like until it's only you and a friend. That's       what happens when you take something like this and the fiddlers go here and       the violinists go there and the cellists go someplace else.              Make a fiddle group. Get six fiddlers. One plays blue grass, another plays       old timey etc and soon each of them goes off and makes a bg fiddle group an       old timey fiddle group and soon you wait two weeks between posts.              I like hearing what people do other than just the music I play. I get all I       need of that by just going to class, or a session.              My viewpoint FORGETABOUTIT!!!              Pete              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
