XPost: rec.music.makers.bowed-strings       From: mlfasf@comcast.net              Have any readers of these newsgroups ever heard of "too-eem bowing?       Paul Anastasio (a columnist for Fiddler Magazine) gives an example of it       in the latest issue, but he doesn't define it, or talk about the       significance of the name. He said it was a type of bowing sometimes       used by Joe Venuti. Anyone know anything more about it?               Mike Fontenot              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
