From: g_m@remove-comcast.net              hi,              I'd much appreciate if anyone can tell me who wrote "Regina"              ---the one that goes like this:               In Kingsport I was tried and sent to prison,        Although I had the perfect alibi,        I couldn't tell them I was with Regina,        And under oath I couldn't tell a lie,               For 5 long years....               ... Still the Holston valley sparkles in the sunshine,        Still the Holston river rushes to the sea,        ...              etc              (i'd also appreciate the full lyrics, if       it's not too much trouble....)                            "Regina" -- as done by:              --Lester Flatt & the Nashville Grass        Columbia 4-45122 45        1970                     It can be heard, eg, on the album:        "Essential Lester Flatt & Nashville Grass".                            (note: -- one of Benny Edward Martin's daughters is named 'Regina'. :)                     ~greg.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
