   I'll just state my position.   
      
   Your opinion that folksies are mostly liberal is based upon absoluetly   
   nothing but your personal experience. Therefore of absolutley no value to   
   the original poster or anyone else other that the fact that we now know   
   your opinion.   
      
      
   I have put forward no "opinion" of the fan makeup of either folk or   
   bluegrass. Why? Because my experiences are based upon regional and even   
   artist based exposure. I don't consider them of any value to the original   
   poster.   
      
   My message to the original poster. Don't eliminate a musical form which   
   you enjoy soley based upon your opinion of the other fans of that music.   
   Make artist choices within that music. Plain and simple.   
      
   Boredom sets in when you no longer challenge your opinions and   
   assumptions about the world around you. Sorry to bore you.
