   Ha, I noted this morning that coincidentally 403 is the   
   phone area code for Alberta (Edmonton is the capital of   
   Alberta, I was last there briefly, in transit to geophysical   
   field work, in summer 1984, but there are a good few   
   Newfoundlanders there, maybe more in Fort McMurray though.)
