   Love has no furrey. I am so hungry I could fry a horse. But its horses for   
   courses, courses for freedom ( french ) fries on toast. With all the half   
   naked ladies, excerising on tv this morning. I thought to myself, Sam its   
   time I took off weight. So I turned the channel ten times, and only blinked   
   twice. A new world record. As the television came back to the dancing girls.   
   At the brake of dawn. Excerising, to the ocean waves crashing on the shore   
   line of goodwill. If they can do it so can I? My little friend, Shepcie. Was   
   lying near, on the bed. Watching tv too. Only to share her flee problem,   
   with meand anyone who would pass. Here I be,and here I make my stand, in my   
   city. This city of four seasons in one day. As it will be another hot, hot   
   day, in this long summer. To the sounds of seaguls coming in, to find there   
   own escape of this world, in bread crumbs That they must find peace.   
   Drinking my coffee with my armond cake. As the thought of another day comes.   
   Falling on the e-mail I write to you. In hope and without worry. My day   
   begins.
