   The Academy of International Ballet and Performing Arts, 450 Long Lane,   
   Upper Darby, PA 19082 is holding open auditions for their new Classical   
   Russian Ballet Company named "International Ballet Classique".   Denis   
   Gronostayskiy, graduate of the Bolshoi Academy of Moscow, Russia, is our   
   Artistic Director.  Anastasia Babayeva, also of the Bolshoi Academy, is our   
   Ballet Mistress and Coach.   
      
   Four productions are scheduled for 2004 including Copellia and Nutcracker.   
   Auditions for the company are being held.  Interest dancers should contact

   We are seeking students, amateurs, semi-professional, and professional   
   dancers.  Male and female ballet dancers ages 13 to Adult.

   INTERNATIONAL BALLET CLASSIQUE was formed to preserve the classical method   
   of ballet, advance creativity in the art of dance, and bring the art of   
   ballet to the widest, diverse population possible.  It is our mission to   
   insure that true classical ballet survives for hundreds of years into the   
   future.  The professional dancers who work and perform with International   
   Ballet Classique are dedicated to the development of a new generation of   
   qualified ballet artists.  Planned performances, local, regional, and on   
   tour will provide audiences with the experience of true classical ballet at   
   its finest.  These performances will increase the opportunity for young   
   dancers to study, learn, and reproduce the fine art of Russian Classical   
   Ballet -- to preserve classical ballet and to go on to educate further   
   generations of Americans to the beauty of the art.
