   Oh it's a drug in short. Can be used as a "dance drug", especially in   
   combination with ecstasy, and apparently has some similar effects to ecstasy   
   (although maybe not as strong). It has also been *reported* to bring back   
   the loved up feeling (like you first time, apparently) for ecstasy users who   
   have lost the feeling with with continued use. Sure I've also read that it   
   can be used as a anti-impotence drug, but that could be wrong.
