   I'd like to take a track from a CD and edit it.  Take a bit out and splice   
   something else in.  Does anyone know of software (non expensive) that will   
   let you this ?  I see there is something called Nero Wave Editor included   
   with Nero but the help file is missing so not sure if it will do this.
