   I recorded this on cassette tape from Radio while in vacationing in   
   Guadalajara Mexico in 1981/1982.   
   Have not been able to ID since.  Heard it again around 1985 as background to   
   a radio station announcement on AM radio in Los Angeles.  Called the   
   station, but no one could answer my question.  Last time I ever heard   
   it anymore.  Here's a start:  It's not Roy.
