   Back in 1989, a local fm radio station had what they called "Club Mix" every   
   Friday night.  I'd usually stay up late and tape the programs.  One night, I   
   heard a song with the following lyrics:   
      
   Communicate   
      
   It's not too late   
      
   My love can't wait   
      
   For You   
      
   Anyone out there know who did this song?  Any info appreciated.  Many
