   I know the song i heard it this morning also searhving it, i heard it on a   
   illegal radio station (pirate station) lyrics goes like this.

   (whistle tune)   
   when i say heeeeyeee yeah yeah yeah yeah heee   
      
   it sounded 60/70s to me   
      
   tomorrowmorning il check the station again and contact them
