Yes, this one was generated by an AI system, but only after about
a dozen of instructions by me how to change the earlier versions.
So, even though it's AI generated, I was somewhat involved!
(Some very few lines even where written directly by me.)
I still consider it an early draft.

   **Title: Memories of Marlene**

   **Verse 1:**
Jimmy sat at Mabel's Diner, coffee getting cold,
Thinking 'bout Marlene, and stories left untold.
She had a way of smiling that could light up the room,
Now silence fills the space where laughter used to bloom.

   **Pre-Chorus:**
   A watched pot never boils,
Jimmy stirred his coffee, lost in tangled coils.

   **Refrain:**
   Ooooh . . .
   Nicer to be nice!
   How nice are things going?
   Roll them loaded dice!

   **Verse 2:**
Marlene loved dancing barefoot, in the kitchen late at night,
Jimmy tripped over shadows, always missing the light.
He'd buy her daisies weekly, she'd toss them on the floor,
Now he wonders if she thinks of him, or if she's found much more.

   **Pre-Chorus:**
The early bird catches the worm,
But Jimmy's always been a night owl, feeling the burn.

   **Refrain:**
   Ooooh . . .
   Nicer to be nice!
   How nice are things going?
   Roll them loaded dice!

   **Bridge:**
They fought about the little things, like dishes in the sink,
He couldn't stand her cat; she said he'd never think.
Every rose has its thorn - maybe that's how it goes,
Jimmy wonders if she smiles at nights; or if she's feeling low.

   **Pre-Chorus:**
You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs,
The jukebox played their song, stirring up old dregs.

   **Refrain:**
   Ooooh . . .
   Nicer to be nice!
   How nice are things going?
   Roll them loaded dice!

   **Outro:**
Jimmy left the diner, stepped into the night,
A penny for your thoughts; time's arrow takes its flight.

   **Refrain:**
   Ooooh . . .
   Nicer to be nice!
   How nice are things going?
   Roll them loaded dice!
