   Very clever of him, next bill will certainly be to forbid   
   oxygen because fires uses O- to burn.   
   Well it seems we now also have this type of dorks in Europe   
   linear thinking, think they see a problem and immediatly   
   writes any supposed solution, it has not to be practicle   
   or even applicable, only it has to be immediate, anyway they   
   already are on their next question sting reaction.
