   Aircraft fight gravity constantly, so that takes lots of energy. Trucks   
   shouldn't be all that bad, relatively speaking of course, since they've got   
   something to roll on. But boats have to push a fluid, at least if it's salt   
   water, about 1000 times more dense, or 800 time more dense if it's fresh   
   water, than air out of their way.   
      
   Then at the ultra efficient end of the spectrum, there's what else, the   
   bicycle of course. I once read that the average size automobile requires   
   about 300 calories to go something like 30', but for that same 300 calories,   
   a bike and rider can go about 30 MILES!!!

   Doing that on stage is plain STUPID!!!   
   That's why there's REHEARSAL!!!

   The tunes, assuming there's actually more than one ;) seem to be rather   
   boringly repetitive in the extreme ;)   
      
   As for the calls, I wonder if they're standard 'scripts', or improvised, or   
   both ;)

   I wish I could say the same - I just ran through 21 tunes, that's after   
   'harvesting' them from youtube with a digital recorder, then converting the   
   wav files to mp3, then checking the keys, then transposing the mp3 files   
   that needed it, almost half, and checking the keys, then editing the files'   
   'tag' data so they'll play in proper order on my mp3 player...a lot of work   
   for this coming Sunday afternoon gig...which I'm not all that thrilled   
   about...that's an understatement ;)
