Can't really be helped. Someone, I suspect, just keeps telling       > her our sound is messed up out front. Several possible people come to       > mind. If their goal is to destroy this band, it's working.              That would definitely be a motive...particularly if they encounter No       Resistance to their Plan!!!              > I'll eventually just walk away. For my own sanity.              Jim              If the Insanity doesn't stop, there's really not much of a choice.              I'm sick and tired of trying to get a *functional* as opposed to a       DYSfunctional band together myself...and I still Need to!              Because as of yesterday, I've already written the first verse and chorus to       my 42nd song, whose title had come to me in a dream months ago. A few other       songs had come to me in a dream with some Music, lyrics, or both, but this       one, this time, was only the title, and a seemingly strange one, at least to       me as I'd never heard of such words before. The title is "Honalei Hae", so       naturally, the first thing was to find out what it means.              Honalei, though spelled somewhat differently but pronounced essentially the       same, was the name of the land where "Puff The Magic Dragon" frolicked in       the autumn mist, but there's more, It's a feminine name that's Hawaiian in       origin and means "heavenly land".       Now to the second part. Hae is a word of Scottish origin meaning "to have",       so the new tune, "Honelei Hae" means "heavenly land to have", and that's       what it's about, this *once Free* *God's country*, and how it's been       Practically Destroyed and turned into a Monster more appropriately a Hell       Hole, which makes it, yet again, a sort of protest song ;)              And I intend all these Originals to be done right, so I really don't have       any time for Idiots...life's too short!              Ouisie              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
