If both your ears work, then you hear in       stereo...which is why s stereo system is the best way to go!              > I probably heard that once. Maybe even have the CD somewhere in a drawer.       > I'm a country picker, remember :-)              It's been played a lot on the radio, it's all Stale as a result but the       effect sounds nice.              > No amplification, or small amps, things that you can tell where they are.       > Not 4/12 cabs cranked up in a bar, where the sound is just a loud,       > reverberant mess.              Those oversized cabs in a small space make the sound worse, not better!              > Mono was cheaper when I grew up. Talking pa gear here, not home stereo.              For larger setups, before such affordable stereo power amps as those from       Behringer came along, my approach to stereo would be to use two mono amps.       Of course, nowadays, there are powered speakers to do the same thing.              > It's a brand of whiskey. Ran out. Drinking Windsor tonight.              Jim              Never heard of it, or windsor either, but when I looked it up, it said it's       Canadian whiskey, and I used to drink Seagram's VO Canadian whiskey - got       blasted too ;)              And I looked up the other one too, and found Wild Turkey American Honey.              Ouisie              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
