   group. I don't see the point in that myself. Why not just agree what   
   the band will do and go to the jobs. Anyone who doesn't know their   
   part, or screws up, you fire them and get someone new for next gig.   
   They didn't rent rehearsal space tho. One of the guys had space. So   
   maybe that was the problem.   
      
   Actually, after reading all this, I wonder if you were ever actually in
