   The Danger in that statement, and the corresponding mindset, is that it's   
   UNQUALIFIED!!!   
   As in resistance to WHAT *KIND* OF CHANGE???   
   A *good* change, no...but a BAD change, most Definitely!!!   
      
   Furthermore, the reason traditional instruments are around, and *Will   
   Always* be around, is that those who play them Love them...and that includes   
   yours truly!   
      
   And this Sick fixation with EXCLUSIVENESS is also Dangerous...I'm into   
   INCLUSIVENESS...who knows, I may one day be playing an acoustic concert   
   grand piano and have a Seaboard keyboard setting right on top of   
   it...*after* they become affordable of course.   
      
   I'm like that with aircraft too...I'd Love a 21st Century cutting edge state   
   of the art ultra high performance plane no more than I would a pristinely   
   maintained 1926 Ford Trimotor that might be parked right next to it!

   What it'll take is DEGENERATIONS!   
   What we Really Need to move past are those who think they're some kind of   
   'god' that can change people into what *they* want them to be and decide   
   what they should and shouldn't like...THAT's what we need to move past!!!   
      
   It's as simple as this, if I like it, I'll go with it. If I go with it, that   
   doesn't mean I'll throw away what I was using, and if I don't like it, I   
   WON'T go with it and will just  keep right on using what I was using   
   already...it's called CHOICE...and to be able to make it, requires   
   FREEDOM!!!
