   That statement obviously *implies* that such a person is already PROVEN to   
   be such, and NOT merely yet another mealy-mouthed *talker* with NO Track   
   Record to back it up!!!   
      
   And here's the truly SICK part. If you or I were to apply for practically   
   ANY kind of job, but particularly one of an Important and highly Responsible   
   position, there's NO WAY we'd be able to get in by simply TALKING up a 'good   
   spiel' - we'd Have to PROVE what we say by providing EVIDENCE TO BACK IT   
   UP!!!   
      
   WE the people are the Employers, and our SERVANTS are our EMPLOYEES...so   
   ***WHY*** WOULD WE *EVER* ALLOW *ANY* PROSPECTIVE *EMPLOYEE* TO WORK FOR US   
   WITHOUT *FIRST* ***THOROUGHLY*** CHECKING THEM OUT TO *VERIFY* THAT THEY   
   MEET OUR ***REQUIREMENTS*** AND ***QUALIFICATIONS***???

   Mandate that ALL Public Servants swear an Oath under Penalty of Perjury,   
   that they will Obey, Uphold, and Support it rather than using it for TOILET

   That could be a potential indication, but without KNOWING, even in such a   
   scenario as that, we'd still be only wondering...particularly considering   
   all of the FALSE FLAG OPS going  down!
