   It's both, but I'd Much prefer to do only the former and leave the latter to

   There are always limitations, so I should have probably said to be Best

   It's -6 degrees F right now...but Big 'warmup' starting today, all the  way   
   up to 17 degrees F, then actually above freezing later in the week...'wow' !
