   Only human animals don't think, although they could if they chose to, and if   
   they weren't so Stupid as to choose not to...and your cousin has certainly

   Also, there actually were some Genuine Christians who were Not humanists,   
   like St. Francis, who referred to God's other creatures as his *brothers*   
   and *sisters*!   
   That's the view I have also, and once having been a evolutionist, but   
   happily, having long since Repented of it, I can truly appreciate that we're   
   not related to other creatures over in some cases, nearly a billion years,   
   but no more than a single day, and having been Created by the very same God!
