   I guess I'll never understand your position on honesty in music.  It's   
   music, it's an act, a performance. I really don't get how honesty   
   figures in. Oh, I understand your point well enough, you're a sort of   
   modern luddite.  Don't mean that as an insult, it's just the simple   
   truth. You don't like modern recording or performance practices.  No   
   biggie, you should hold your chin up and be a proud purist. Don't waste   
   time him hawing about it :-)
