A couple of experimental tunes here and there shouldn't shake things up too
   much.

   > We use to do When You're Hot .... haven't thought about that song in many
   > years.

Great old tunes, and funny ones at that.

   > Kinda kid like isn't it ? Maybe that hints at who these songs are

That's right! Because they're for BIG KIDS like us ;)

   > So, then, lets consider adults who would remember Hee Haw, or have ever

I've never seen the Opry, but I have seen the Muppet Show and Hee Haw.

   > I don't. Band girl wouldn't even watch all of it. To us, music is
   > serious.

Music is serious. I keep trying to convince my brother of that when he keeps
suggesting that the opening track on the Ignite The Sky album, "Stranded",
should be performed by Kermit the frog - but then, he's obviously trying to
   get me irritated.

   > Maybe that's the thing. Maybe we should just make fun of the roots of our

   > lives living with being looked down at and being made fun of because we

" Buck " and it wasn't meant at a compliment. Band girl had people
   > whisper about her that she " sang hillbilly music . . . in bars ".

I grew up with hillbillies and I'm kind of a hillbilly myself - and there's
Nothing wrong with that, they're Americans, which is a whole lot more than a
lot of other people taking up space in this country can say...and I don't
hear anyone poking fun at them!!!

   > What they said about me, I dunno ? I do recall one instance where I was

   > instead. For that I was told I had no school spirit.

   > Ah, the memories.

   :-)

   Jim

School spirit? What's that...besides a bunch of Nonsense?
I'd choose Music over some silly smelly sporting event every time!!!
