      From: someone@anywheret.net              That's another reason why I don't particularly enjoy performing solo ;)       Bad enough that when it's only you on stage, you're all alone. But as if       that's not enough, you make the ideal *target*, literally already singled       out by default, for any problem(s) anyone in the audience may have, which       means if they've had a bad day, and feel like venting, it won't be at a       band, it'll all be aimed at you, the *only* target of convenience - so one       says you talk too much, you can be sure there'll be someone else who has a       problem with a performer who just plays and sings without much       talking...can't ever seem to please someone who doesn't want to be pleased,       particularly if they're simply being obnoxious and looking for trouble,       whereas with a band, that's a bit more difficult for those types.              Ouisie              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
